About Ivan Fraire

FRG Owner, Ivan Fraire, has worked in real estate for a decade – first, as a new home specialist for some of the largest home builders in the country, followed by working in general real estate while assisting one of the city’s most renowned developers locate, buy and develop land, then followed by creating the highly successful and growing FRG Team.

 

As a new home specialist, Ivan was the recipient of numerous awards including Rookie of the Year and Sales Counselor of the Year for total volume and learned the industry inside-and-out. While gaining this experience Ivan came to the realization that he could be most effective in real estate by helping both homebuyers and homebuilders achieve their goals, and this inspired him to open his own brokerage.
